Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

The Tamil Nadu e-Service Center Owners Association (TNeCOA) values the trust of our members and strives to ensure a positive experience for all. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be processed for membership fees, event registrations, and other services provided by TNeCOA.

Membership Fees

1. Non-Refundable Policy: Membership fees paid to TNeCOA is non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Members are encouraged to review all terms and conditions before completing their registration.

2. Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to TNeCOA. However, cancellation of membership does not entitle the member claim refund of membership fee.

3. Transfer of Membership: Membership is non-transferable. If a member wishes to discontinue their association with TNeCOA, they must follow the cancellation process as outlined above.

Event Registrations

1. Cancellation by TNeCOA: If an event is canceled or rescheduled by TNeCOA, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, participants may choose to receive a full refund of the registration fee or apply the fee toward future events organized by TNeCOA.

2. Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their event registration, they must notify TNeCOA in writing at least 7 days before the event date. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

3. No-Show Policy: If a registered participant fails to attend an event without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Training Programs and Workshops

1. Refunds for Training Programs: Refunds for training programs and workshops will only be considered if a written cancellation request is received at least 10 days before the start date of the program. A cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be issued for requests received after this period.

2. Program Cancellation by TNeCOA: If TNeCOA cancels a training program or workshop, participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer the payment to a future program.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in processing your payment, please contact us immediately at tnecoa2023@gmail.com. We will review your case and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 14 business days.
